Bachelor of Science in Health Science Program Overview
Build a foundation for careers or graduate study in health science and medicine with the Bachelor of Science in Health Science program at New England College. The Health Science program strengthens laboratory, research, and applied science skills, with an emphasis on experiential learning.
Health Science students can also choose from pre-professional tracks designed for graduate programs in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physical therapy, physician assistant, or veterinary medicine.
Thanks to an agreement between NEC and the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science, students who take specific required courses and maintain at least a certain GPA will be assured an interview for an accelerated nursing program or graduate programs for physician assistant or pharmacy.
