I’m surrounded by a dark environment. After the sun sets, blindness is a natural phenomenon. The senses are heightened, and the imagination soars. A period in which legends become reality and self-doubt is revealed. The line between
fact and fantasy blurs in the dark. When there isn’t any light, we fear sounds, instincts and the unknown. When you’re frozen, waiting, and wondering, “What could it be?” you get a feeling of vigilance. Expecting the unexpected allows the journey to take you to your destination and experiencing the energy rush when you see what’s beyond the light. It all comes down to letting go of control and being open to the unknown.
