Criminal Justice Club Hosts Toy Drive for Patients at CHaD
New England College’s Criminal Justice Club hosted another successful and joyous toy drive to benefit patients at Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD) on December 2.
The NEC community—with the generous support of the Concord, New Hampshire, Police Department and corporate partner, Morquip of Hillsboro, New Hampshire, provided more than $7,500 in toys and monetary donations to CHaD. These gifts, which bested last year’s total, reflect the true spirit of the season displayed by the community.
Frank Jones—Associate Professor of the Practice, Criminal Justice, at NEC—thanks the Criminal Justice Club students and club President Lauren Oliver, the team at the SHIP for helping with decorations, Sandy from Facilities for her help, and the Department of Campus Safety for their help in planning and executing this annual event.
