New England College Hosts Congressional Primary Debates
New England College was selected to host a series of debates ahead of New Hampshire’s 2022 primary elections held Tuesday, September 13.
For these debates called the “Live Free or Die” debates, a number of congressional candidates converged on NEC’s Henniker campus to share their stances on the issues.

The Putnam Center for the Performing Arts was filled each debate with voters who were eager to hear from the candidates and to nail down their voting choices.
NEC is working toward hosting its first-ever presidential debate leading up to the 2024 election, and this round of congressional debates marked an important step in that process.
