CAGS in Education Program Overview
New England College offers a post-master’s Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Education program for those who want to advance their careers through improved knowledge, increased skills and confidence, and higher-level professional credentials.
CAGS Concentrations
The CAGS in Education program features specific tracks to allow individuals to home in on specific aspects of education. The concentrations are as follows:

The School Principal and School Superintendent licensures meet the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium’s (ISLLC’s) Standards for School Leaders:
- A school administrator is an educational leader who promotes the success of all students by facilitating the development, articulation, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of learning that is shared and supported by the school community.
- A school administrator is an educational leader who promotes the success of all students by advocating, nurturing, and sustaining a school culture and instructional program conducive to student learning and professional growth.
